    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wafer carrier having excellent airtight effect. SOLUTION: The wafer carrier includes a container which has one side face forming an opening and in the inside of which a plurality of slots capable of storing a plurality of wafers are provided, and a door is used and joined to the opening of the container to protect the wafers in the container. The container is characterized in that a magnetic member is formed at the inner edge of the opening and a magnet is disposed at the inner surface of the door facing the magnetic member, and the magnet is disposed in a magnetic yoke with recessed cross section.       本考案のレチクルポッドの保持構造はレチクル3を収納する格納空間10を具え、格納空間10中に複数の保持部材2を設置し、各保持部材2は基部21を具え、基部21は固定手段で格納空間10中に固定し、基部21の上面に上向きに延伸して且つ基部21に向かって反転した彎曲部22を設け、基部21と彎曲部22の間に彎曲部22が変形移動できる緩衝空間を具え、彎曲部22の自由端に順に弾接部24と保持部25を設け、彎曲部22の外側にガイド面23を設けることにより、レチクル3をレチクルポッドの格納空間10に入れるとき、まず各保持部材2のガイド面23がレチクル3を正しい位置に導き、レチクル3の位置がずれるのを防ぎ、更に各保持部材2の弾接部24と保持部25でレチクル3を支持固定して、レチクル3がレチクルポッド内で一定位置を保つようにする。
