摘要： A container is configured to provide sequential access to contents therein, and includes an upper portion and a lower portion connected to the upper portion by a hinged portion, the lower portion defining an interior space bearing a moveable tray and an opening through which the moveable tray may move, the moveable tray defining an interior volume configured to receive at least one device therewithin. The container also includes at least one device borne by the moveable tray, at least one cavity for receiving the at least one device disposed in the upper portion and at least one insert located between the upper and lower portions, the at least one insert comprising at least written indicia thereon.

摘要： The present invention includes the application of heat and pressure to a flexible sheet: material, preferably a natural or synthetic animal hide, over a duration of time. A flexible sheet material having a raised design permanently embossed therein includes capturing the flexible sheet material between mating die halves, each die half having either a relief inverse negative of the raised design formed therein, a portion of the raised design having a height out of the plane of the flexible sheet material of an amount greater than or equal to the thickness of the flexible sheet material, and applying heat and pressure to the flexible sheet material through the die halves for a dwell period sufficient to emboss the design into the flexible sheet material. Optionally, the cavity beneath the raised design is back-filled with a flexible solid material. Also provided according to the present invention is an article produced according to the method described herein.

摘要： A locker for securing one or more tensioning members includes a locker body having a first aperture, a second aperture, and a passageway extending therebetween. A pin is coupled to the locker body so as to traverse the passageway and is movable between a latent condition wherein the tensioning members are movable with respect to the locker body, and an activated condition wherein the tensioning members are prevented from moving relative to the locker body. A method of using a suture locker includes delivering the suture locker to a surgical site via a catheter assembly and actuating the pin so as to move the locker from the latent condition to the activated condition.
