摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a grill frame and enable a required strength to be secured by fitting and locking the pawl of a front panel to a square hole in the grill frame while rotating the grill frame toward the front panel after hooking the lower bend of the grill frame on the lower end of a grill opening in the front panel. CONSTITUTION:The bend 8 of a grill frame 4 is hooked on the lower end of a front panel 2 and pawls 3a provided on the ends of the side bends 3 of an opening in the grill of the front panel 2 are fitted to square holes 5 formed in the front of the grill frame 4 while being rotated toward the front panel 2. At this time, the side plates 7 provided on the right and left lower end portions of the grill frame 4 are fitted into lower opening 12 formed in the side bends 3 of the front panel 2 at the same time. Recesses 14 are formed in the pawls 3a and lock the pawls 3a, preventing them from slipping out of the square holes 5 after a fit. Thereafter, after the front panel 2 abuts against the grill frame 4, both are fixed to each other by fixing machine screws at upper faces. Thus, the size of the grill frame 4 can be increased to the minimum and a required strength can be secured by the fit of the pawls 3a and the square holes 5 without a reinforcement and assembling is facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To minimize the number of parts and maintain stabilized combustibility by installing flame holes to the upper part and the lower part of a caulked flat section under the construction wherein a burner plate, which comprises a number of flame holes and a flat section to be caulked with the outer peripheral part, is fitted into a burner plate, which is analogous to said burner plate in shape. CONSTITUTION:A caulked flat section 1 is located to the upper part of a flame hole 2 and comprises two parts without any welded part. A flame section is provided with a flat peak member which is located directly over the flame or under the flame so as to prevent lift. An attempt is made to expose no end face of a sheet metal to the flame hole face side structurally, thereby reducing the number of parts and engaging two analogously shaped burner plates. Therefore, this construction makes it possible to eliminate the need for welding, allowing the caulked flat members to bring about the maintenance effects of flame.

摘要： PURPOSE:To flow out gas to one place or to a plurality of places and also to make it possible to adjust the quantity of gas by providing a plurality of open holes and housing a multi-step cylinder- or column-shaped needle valve body in the main valve body of a gas feed controlling device. CONSTITUTION:The main valve body 2 and the needle valve body 11 of the title controlling device are constituted so that gas flows out through the man outlet passage 12 of gas to a slave gas outlet opening 1 and a master gas outlet opening 3. The needle valve body 11 is provided with a seal 14, and by operating a lever fixed to the valve body 11, a pin 21 or a part of the lever slides on an inclined portion, so that a seal 15 provided on the valve body 11 is abutted against the main valve body 2. Thereby, gas in the passage 12 flows into a gas outlet change-over part only through a needle gas hole 16. The gas entering through the gas hole 16 flows out of ports 17 and 18 and then flows out through the gas outlet openings 1 and 3. The ratio of the quantity of the gas at the time of flowing out through said openings 1 and 3 is proportional to the ratio of the areas of the respective gas outlet openings 1 and 3. Thus, the places where the gas flows out and the quantity of the gas may be easily adjusted by one needle valve body 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To release an operating part through a fixing unit and at the same time a series of movements for storing the operating part within a cooker by a method wherein a fixed condition releasing button arranged at one part of the operating surface is pushed when the operating part is to be stored. CONSTITUTION:An operating part 14 when not being used, is stored within a main body 10a of a cooking unit. As a fixed condition releasing button 17 is pushed, a shaft 18 is guided by a guide 19 and slid, an inclined part 27 is guided by a guide 25, a fixing unit 22 is pivoted upwardly around a center of a shaft 24 and released from a lock hole 29. An operating part 14 is rotated around a rotating shaft 15 toward an operator and a fixing part 23 for the fixing unit 22 is received by a receptor 31 of the fixing unit, and moved to be coincided with the lock hole 30, resulting in that a bent piece 22a of the fixing unit 22 is engaged and the operating part 14 is stopped. In order to store the operating part 14 within the main body 10a of the cooking unit, the fixing releasing button 17 is pushed, the fixing unit 22 is pivoted along a guide 25 at an inclined part 27 of the shaft 18. The fixing unit 22 is removed from the lock hole 30 and pushes the operating part 14. When the fixing unit 22 is aligned with the lock hole 29, the bent piece 22a of the fixing unit 22 is engaged and stopped under the force of a kick spring 28.

CONSTITUTION:Mounting of a grill burner 6 is such that a throat part 6a of the grill burner 6 is inserted in a hole 8 of a grill case 5 to support the one side, and the projecting part 4a of a hook 4 is coincided to a position right below a hole 2. The projecting part 4a is inserted from the under side into the hole 2, and by moving the projecting part 4a until the projecting part is collided with the edge of the hole 2, a tip 4c of the projecting part 4a is positioned right above a hole 3. With the grill burner 6 released from a hand, the grill burner is pressed down through the repulsion force of the resilient body 7, and the tip 4c of the projecting part 4a is engaged with the hole 3. The grill burner 6 may be demounted by reversing the mounting procedures. Regulation of longitudinal and horizontal movement is effected by the hole 3 and the tip 4c, and regulation of vertical movement is effected by the resilient body. This constitution enables mounting and demounting of the grill burner through a single hand, decreases assembly time, eliminates the need to disassemble a device for mounting and demounting, and provides excellent maintainability.

CONSTITUTION:Under a gas cut-off condition, an L-shaped bent part 5b of a rotary plate 5 is fitted into a cutout groove 7a of a receiving plate 7 and a gas passage 20 is not opened only by rotating operation of an operating shaft 1. When a pushing stroke more than a height of the bent part 5b is received, a lock is released and at the same time a safety valve 10 is opened. When a rotational operation is carried out, the closing element 2 rotates through a connector 3 to open a pilot gas passage 16 and a main gas passage 17. Upon ignition, when a hand is removed from the operating shaft 1, a pilot valve 12 is closed, only the main gas passage 17 is opened. Since a closing spring 4 applies pushing pressure against the operating shaft 1 through the connector 3, a clearance is secured between the operating shaft 1 and the pilot shaft 11. When a fire power is changed from strong state to weak state, the projection 5a of the rotary plate 5 is fitted into the fitting hole of the receiving plate 7 to give a feeling of saving and a sound of saving to a user.
