    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fit-in type gas cooker capable of dispensing with the work for a combustion air hole on a fitted gas rack, and improving the boiled-over liquid cleaning performance.
      SOLUTION: This fit-in type gas cooker comprises a top panel 1 for covering an upper-face opening of an utensil casing 6 positioned at a rear face side, a stove burner 2 mounted in the utensil casing in opposition to the top panel, a dip plate 3 mounted on the top panel at an outer periphery of the stove burner, and a burner ring 4 covering a clearance 3a between an inner peripheral edge of the dip plate and an outer periphery of the stove burner. The burner ring is provided with a plurality of opening parts 4a through which the air for gas combustion flows on its outer peripheral wall face part, and a flange 4h connected downward with the outer peripheral wall face part and guiding the boiled-over liquid to the dip plate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability, and safely and efficiently heat a pan bottom by centripetally arranging a plurality of flame holes inside a burner cap and directing flames toward the center of the burner. SOLUTION: A gas is centripetally ejected from a burner body 1 through a flame hole 3, and combusted to form a flame 5 substantially at the center of a burner cap 2 with secondary air being supplied from a secondary air hole 4 provided at a cylindrical portion 2b of the burner cap 2. The flame hole 3 provided at an upper side surface of the cylindrical portion 2b which is at the central portion of the cap 2, is provided as a plurality of holes at a portion where a step portion formed in a flat portion 2a of the cap 2 is in mutual contact with the cylindrical portion 2b. Accordingly, the flame hole 3 is formed as extending over both surfaces of the step portion in the flat portion 2a and the cylindrical portion 2b in the cap 2, so that the flame 5 is kept combusted in a stable state without causing a lift phenomenon through the interference of gas flames from horizontal and vertical directions.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous mounting of a burner cap of a cooking stove burner providing a burner cap of a cooking stove burner having a cooking stove sensor with an interfering body protruding into a secondary air hole at the center thereof and a burner head of the cooking stove burner having no temperature sensor with a body subject to interfering not fitted into the interfering body. SOLUTION: In a burner head 1 of a cooking stove burner on the side where a temperature sensor 2 is provided, a burner cap 4 is provided with a secondary air hole 5 at the center thereof and on the internal surface thereof, an interfering body 6 is formed protruding from a surrounding wall 4a at a position where the sliding of the temperature sensor 2 is not hindered. A body 10 to be interfered is provided so as not to disturb the loading or unloading of the burner cap 8 inside the burner head 7 of the stove burner on the side where no temperature sensor 2 is provided. When the burner caps 4 and 8 are to be mounted wrongly, the interfering body 6 contacts the body 10. This allows the prevention of mounting of the burner cap 4 for the temperature sensor 2 on a wrong stove burner by mistake.
