摘要： The present disclosure discloses a pre-tightening locking device (100) for retaining a component on a shaft, comprising: a backing ring (1) having a first end face (11) and an opposite second end face (12), wherein the backing ring is mounted on the shaft with the first end face (11) thereof closely engaging with the component to be retained; a pre-tightening nut (3) threadedly coupled on the shaft, wherein one end of the pre-tightening nut engages with the second end face (12) of the backing ring (1); a hydraulic nut (4) arranged outside of the pre-tightening nut (3) through threads, wherein an annular piston (5) of the hydraulic nut (4) is capable of exerting an acting force on the backing ring (1) under fluid pressure so as to form an interval between the backing ring (1) and the pre-tightening nut (3); and a filling member for filling the interval. A filling member is provided for filling the interval so that a pre-tightening force can be maintained, which ensures that the component on the shaft is closely retained. Under this condition, the hydraulic nut can be removed, whereby the cost is significantly reduced.

摘要： An apparatus for assembling a press-fit modular work piece is described that includes a surface member having a central opening. A hatch member is disposed on one side of the surface member, and is moveable between a first position where it does not cover the opening and a second position covering the opening. A work piece receiving member is disposed proximate the other side of the surface member across from the central opening for receiving components of the press-fit modular work piece. An actuator moves the work piece receiving member toward the opening so components of the work piece press against the hatch member when the hatch member is moved into the second position. The actuator moves the work piece receiving member to a position to receive components of the work piece when the hatch member is in the first position.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to systems, apparatuses, and methods for assembling cartridges for aerosol delivery devices. The cartridges may be assembled by coupling a base of the cartridge to a carriage that is transported via a track. The track transports the carriages between various substations at which one or more parts are added to the base. The carriage may be lifted from the track by a lifter mechanism at each substation in order to perform assembly operations on the base. An inspection system may inspect the cartridges at various stages of completion at or between the various substations.
