摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and effective mounting tool for hydromechanical chuck. SOLUTION: This mounting tool is formed as a yoke (2) suitable for being engaged over a chuck or a mandrel to be driven. The yoke (2) has a first leg part (4) with a formed fixed nozzle (8) and a second leg part (5) with a formed axially movable nozzle (9). Both of the nozzles (8) and (9) are suitable for being engaged with two opposed inlet/outlet of the chuck to be operated. In each leg part (4, 5), passages (6, 7) for directing pressure media to the inside and outside of the nozzles (8, 9) are formed.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the flexibility relative to the use of the specified axle by adhering the axle at the level of the location of mounting a first bearing, fitting a second bearing onto the axle, locating the same on its working position, and encasing the axle in a supporting part with its bearing. CONSTITUTION: An axle 2 is adhered to the level of the location of mounting of a first bearing 1, fitted in an inner race of the first bearing 1, and contacted with a bottom of a support jig 3 of the first bearing 1. Then the axle 2 is adhered to the level of the location of mounting of a second bearing 1, and placed in a mounting jig 4 of the second bearing. Then an intermediate spring 5 for applying the prestressing is mounted around the axle 2, and the second bearing 1 is fitted on the axle. The second bearing 1 is located on its working position through a press 6 co-operatable with the jig 4. Then a bottom of a supporting portion 7 of a coder 8 is adhered to the level of the storing portion of one of the bearings 1, then the other bearing 1 is adhered to an outer race. Lastly, the axle 2 is inserted into the supporting portion 7 with the bearing 1. A bearing on the market can be directly mounted and adhered to a simple shaft excluding an end portion formed corresponding to the use of the coder, through the inner race.

摘要： An apparatus for assembling a press-fit modular work piece is described that includes a surface member having a central opening. A hatch member is disposed on one side of the surface member, and is moveable between a first position where it does not cover the opening and a second position covering the opening. A work piece receiving member is disposed proximate the other side of the surface member across from the central opening for receiving components of the press-fit modular work piece. An actuator moves the work piece receiving member toward the opening so components of the work piece press against the hatch member when the hatch member is moved into the second position. The actuator moves the work piece receiving member to a position to receive components of the work piece when the hatch member is in the first position.

The pulsating force on the drive rod drives the first t-nut fixing element into the predefined seat in the work piece.
