摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the curing degree of a polymer coating film by coating a support with a compsn. prepared by adding a predetermined amt. of a fluorescence modified reactant to a coating material mixture to form a coating film and measuring the intensity of the emitted light from the fluorescence modified reactant. SOLUTION: A small amt. of a reactant, pref. a small amt. of a reactive silicone polymer fitted with a fluorescent tag and capable of emitting fluorescence at different wavelengths in both states of a monomer and a polymer is added to a curable coating material compsn. After the obtained compsn. is applied to paper, the coated paper is cured in an oven. Subsequently, the peeled coating film is exposed to an ultraviolet source and the intensity of the emitted light of the monomer or dimer generated from the peeled coating film is measured to determine the curing degree of the peeled coating film. This method is effective for silicone polymer coating material for a thin coating film, especially, a peeled coating film.

The gas- and vapor-barrier organic polymer of the first film layer includes a homopolymer or copolymer including vinyl alcohol and additionally includes an alkene unsaturated carboxylic acid or unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative copolymer. The elastomeric organic polymer of the core layer includes a polyolefin elastomer.

Upon fastener deployment, the joint (13) is broken to allow the levels (30, 40, 50) to separate in a fan-like fashion.

The film 30 has an elongation rate of at least 20% and can be cold processed by steps such as an engraving process, an embossing process, or a pressing process.
