    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid abrasion of a valve seat and a needle. SOLUTION: A torch valve for compression fuel is provided with a valve main body 20 with a hole 22, and a needle 50 screwed around the hole. The hole is provided with an inlet part 24 capable of connecting on a compression fuel source, the needle is supported by a second part of the hole, and the outlet passage 26 is communicated with the hole thorugh a connecting part 47. A passage extends horizontally, and is opened at an opening part 28. The opening part is provided with installing means of the torch and an ignition device assembly, and the needle is provided with a stem. A roof part 70 extends from the stem which is apart from a tip end part, and a first groove 54 is formed between the roof part 70 and the stem. A second groove 56 is formed on the stem apart from the first groove 54, and each of grooves 54, 56 support an elastic ring. A passage is tightly closed from a circumference by the second groove 56 and the ring. When the needle is positioned so as to position the first groove 54 and the ring on a position formed between the passage and the inlet part, the outlet part is closed from the inlet part. A spring and a pin device are connected to the needle at the inlet side of the main body, and gas pressure in the passage is regulated.

    • PURPOSE: To make adjustable the flow rate of a gas to be fed to a burner, by constituting such that one hollow or projective part acts on one plug to feed an injector corresponding to a gas flow rate. CONSTITUTION: Stepwise rotation of a shaft 11 is ensured by a step motor 13 coupled with one end of the shaft 11, a recess 14 perpendicular to each blade 8 is provided at the shaft 11, and each recess 11 has a different specified axial orientation about the opposite blade 8. Each blade 8 has a small center stud 15 intruding in the recess 14 where the rigid blade 8 has a horizontal position for applying a small valve 7 having a liner 20 to an opening 6 and, when being deflected by a spring 21, plugs the recess 5, thereby avoiding the gas moving in corresponding injector 4. Contrary to this, the recess 5 is opened to make adjustable the flow rate of a gas to be fed to a burner.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible for fuel to be ejected from a specified position and in a specified direction relative to the burner by providing a cylindrical part projecting from a fuel-feeding port, by forming a flange on a nozzle mouthpiece for being fitted in the cylindrical part, and by fixing the nozzle mouthpiece to the fuel-feeding port by applying plastic deformation to the cylindrical part. CONSTITUTION:A fuel-feeding port 23 is provided at a position suited to each of air inlets 17, 18 into a burner 10. To the outer side of the fuel-feeding port 23 is provided a cylindrical part 24 with a larger inner diameter than the diameter of the fuel-feeding port 23 in such a manner as to project from the fuel- feeding port 23. A nozzle mouthpiece 25 of brass is fitted in each cylindrical part 24. The nozzle mouthpiece 25 has a flange 28 for fixation to a nozzle holder 21 so that the flange 28 is pressed into the cylindrical part 24 of the nozzle holder 21 in fixing the nozzle mouthpiece 25 thereto. Furthermore to make the fixation secure, after the nozzle mouthpiece 25 has been fitted into the cylindrical part 24, the cylindrical part 24 is clamped inward at the forward end 24a. This method enable disposing a nozzle mouthpiece 25 at a specified distance to each air inlet 17, 18 into a burner 10 and the orifice 27 of each nozzle mouthpiece 25 can be kept open in a specified direction.
