摘要： A connector connecting structure, includes a first connector supported by a holder and a second connector to be connected to the first connector. In the connector connecting structure, there is provided in the holder a support portion including a recessed groove or the like for supporting the first connector in such a manner that the first connector can be slid in a direction where the two connectors can be connected together, while two slide members slidable and displaceable in a direction at right angles to the connecting direction of the two connectors are respectively supported between the holder and first connector. In the structure, there are further provided a drive part which, according to the sliding displacement of the first connector, drives the two slide members so that they can be slid and displaced, and an operation part which can increase the drive force of the slide members and can transmit the thus increased drive force to the connecting portions of the first and second connectors, thereby being able to drive the two connectors in the connecting direction thereof.

摘要： A connector connection structure includes a first connector supported on a holder and a second connector connectable to the first connector. The holder has support portions in the form of U-shaped grooves, for supporting the first connector such that the first connector is slidable in a direction of connection of the first and second connectors relative to each other. Swingable levers are swingably supported between the holder and the first connector, and there are provided drive portions that swingingly displace the swingable levers in response to the sliding movement of the first connector. Operating portions are also provided to increase driving forces of the swingable levers, and transmit the driving forces to the second connector, thereby driving the two connectors in a direction to connect the two connectors together.

摘要： An object is to obtain a stable electric connection resistance under a mild crimping condition. The present invention is a terminal connector 12 that includes a crimp portion 30 to be crimped to an electric wire. The crimp portion 30 includes a base material, an aluminum layer or an aluminum alloy layer a surface on the base material, and a hard layer on a surface of the aluminum layer or the aluminum alloy layer. The hard layer is harder than the base material. The present invention may be an electric wire with a terminal connector 10 that includes the above terminal connector 12 and a covered electric wire 40 that includes a core wire 42 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. The crimp portion 30 of the terminal connector 12 is crimped to the core wire 42.

In the crimp terminal, the tin-plating layer has a smaller thickness in a crimp surface region where the electric-wire crimp section is to make contact with the end portion of the electric wire is less than that in an electrical contact surface region where the electric contact section is to make contact with a counterpart terminal.

The wire barrel has a thickness in a range from 0.15 mm to 1 mm before being crimped to the electric wire. Each recess has a depth in a range from 30% to 60% of the thickness of the wire barrel before the wire barrel is crimped onto the electric wire.
