摘要： The present invention provides a scale inhibition method for a physicochemical superconducting HGMS coupled process clean circulating water system, which belongs to the technical field of water treatment. In this method, firstly, the pH of the circulating water is adjusted so that calcium and magnesium in the water are precipitated in the form of a precipitate by plasma. Then adding the self-developed high-efficiency composite flocculant, the precipitated tiny crystal particles are captured and formed into small flocs. Finally, the circulating water which has formed small flocs enters into the superconducting high gradient magnetic separation system (HGMS) so that the flocs grow rapidly and separate from the water, and the scale formed is completely removed. In this method, the high-strength magnetic field provided by the superconducting HGMS can prevent the formation of scale on the surface of equipment and pipes through the association of ions. In addition, superconducting HGMS can cause crystal lattice distortion and morphological changes during the formation of scale-forming ions. Even if the ions precipitate as crystals, they will not form hard scale on the surface of the equipment. The removal rate of hardness can reach 75%, and the effect of scale inhibition is obvious. During flocculent pre-treating, the dosage of PFMSSB is the minimum of 1-3ml/L and the pH value may not be adjusted. After treatment, the removal rate of turbidity and COD in effluent are 96.2% and 43.9% respectively.
