摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stove burner easy to manufacture at low cost and capable of saving energy with good combustibility and high heat efficiency.
SOLUTION: This stove burner comprises a burner cap 2 and a burner body 1. The burner cap 2 comprises flame ports 7 provided toward the center to form flames blown out obliquely upward, and the shape of the burner cap 2 including the flame ports 7 is formed by molding work. The stove burner further comprises a second burner body 23a having a mixing pipe different from that of the burner body 1, which is arranged in a secondary air passing hole 3 on the inside of the burner cap 2, and a second burner cap 23b detachably placed on the second burner body 23a. A master burner is constituted by the burner body 1 and the burner cap 2, and a slave burner 23 is constituted by the second burner body 23a and the second burner cap 23b, whereby master and slave burners differed in fuel supplying route are constituted.

With this constitution there is no need to provide an overheating prevention device separately as usual, and a thermocouple for detecting ignition or flame failure can detect normality or abnormality of the blower and it can prevent overheating.

By the above-mentioned constitution, a contact area of the fat draining tray 18 and the sent low temperature air 20 is increased, the fat draining tray 18 is further cooled, and reduction of temperature rise becomes possible, thus fat which is accumulated in the fat draining tray 18 or a water-containing tray 5 can be prevented from catching fire.
