    • PURPOSE:To secure the finish accuracy, and to prevent seizure, etc. to a working tool, by forming a ring-like recessed part on the inside wall face of the cylindrical drum part of the bottomed cylinder made of a thin plate, in the press pre-process, and absorbing the surplus thickness by this recessed part in the finish process. CONSTITUTION:A thin plate 10 is worked to cap-like forming parts 11, 12, ring- like dead thin parts 13, 14 are worked by press metallic die punches 15, 16, and a ring-like recessed part 7 is formed on a side wall 17 of a bearing part 8 by forming of the following working process. Subsequently, a squeezing punch 20 is made larger than the inside diameter of the bearing part, and when size 21 is being worked, surplus thickness being thicker than the initial set thickness is absorbed by the first ring-like recessed part 7, and in the same way, size 22 is also absorbed by the second ring-like recessed part 23. In this way, the finish accuracy can be secured by press-working without being influenced by variations of thickness and ductility of a thin plate base material, by absorving the surplus thickness by the ring-like recessed part of the cylindrical drum part.
