    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mass-produce pliers in which geometric distortion does not generate even in a long term use by rotatably mounting together three adjoining layers of combining seats through a shaft, and connecting together the respective plier half pieces so that the pinching parts and the handle parts are oscillatably opposite to each other. SOLUTION: Three layers of combining seats 2c, 2a, 2b are closely adjoined, so that the combining seat 2a integrated with one plier half piece 1a is pinchedly held with the combining seat 2c and the combining seat 2b of the other plier half piece 1b. A shaft 5a is penetrated through the three closely adjoining layers of combing seats 2c, 2a, 2b and caulked, the three layers of combining seats 2c, 2a, 2b are rotatably mounted together, a pair of the plier half pieces 1a, 1b are connected together so that the pinching parts 3a, 3b of a pair of the plier half pieces 1a, 1b and handle parts 4a, 4b are oscillatably opposite to each other, thus the pliers is assembled.

    • PURPOSE: To provide the light cutting pliers capable of having strong pinching force and cutting force by providing paired pinching plates for its pinching part, and letting a metallic pivot strengthened as much as iron be employed as a rotatably connecting part. CONSTITUTION: Steel pinching plates 3 and 4 are unitedly provided for the opposite surfaces of a right and a left pinching part 1 and 2 of a pair of pliers (a) made of a light alloy, locking projected ribs 7 and 8 are provided in parallel, and cutting edges are vertically provided for the lower part of the aforesaid ribs, screw holes are provided for the pinching surfaces of steel pinching plates 3 and 4 at their lower portion with the screw holes slipped off from their cores, an upper boss part and a lower boss part are projected out of the peripheries of the screw holes, an upper fit-in hole and a lower fit-in hole are recessed in the opposite surfaces of the pinching part 1 and 2 so as to be provided, and an upper bolt hole and a lower bolt hole are bored in the upper and lower fit-in holes respectively. An upper fixedly mounting bolt and a lower fixedly mounting bolt are threadedly engaged therewith, the steel pinching plates 3 and 4 are fixedly mounted onto the pinching part 1 and 2 of a pair of pliers (a), a metallic pivot (b) is formed in the cross rotatably connecting section of a pair of pliers (a) made of a light alloy, a sliding cylinder is fitted in the outer circumferential surface of the bolt cylinder of the aforesaid metallic pivot (b), and a fluoride system resin working layer is thereby formed in the outer circumferential surface of an axial sliding cylinder.
