摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water manufacturing supply unit capable of stably manufacturing and supplying hot water at high temperatures from heat of steam by including a configuration capable of preventing cavitation of hot water in a hot water pump inlet.SOLUTION: A hot water manufacturing supply unit 1 includes a heat exchanger 2 heating hot water by indirectly making steam contact hot water, a hot water pump 3, an expansion tank 4, and a hot water temperature control part 9. The expansion tank 4 is connected to a hot water suction side of the hot water pump 3 of a hot water transfer pipe line 14a via a branch pipe line 15, and is arranged and composed to have a potential head (a liquid head) for applying a pressure to the hot water suction side. The hot water temperature control part 9 is configured so as to adjust an opening of a steam flow control valve 23 and to control a flow rate of the steam to be supplied to the heat exchanger 2 such that a detection value of a temperature sensor 28 becomes a predetermined value within a range of, for example, 85-95°C.

摘要： The method controls the temp. of a fluid medium circulated in a piping system in which it is kept under pressure and thus heated to above its boiling point at atmospheric pressure. The medium is circulated in a sealed system, the vapourised portion produced by heating being separated from it and collected in an expansion chamber (25) through which the medium flows. This chamber is partly filled with the fluid medium, which is drawn off again from the bottom. Separation of vapourised and fluid medium can be effected by reducing the speed of flow in the expansion chamber.
