摘要： The invention relates to a system for processing comestible matter. In the conventional blenders and food processors, there is a need for a system to facilitate the accurate measurement of comestible matter for processing in blenders or food processors. Further, there is a need for a system to facilitate the accurate measurement of comestible matter for executing a recipe that can interactive with mobile devices . According to the invention , said system comprises: an apparatus for processing said comestible matter comprising: a container assembly and a base having a motor for driving an impeller, wherein said apparatus is operated by mounting said container assembly on said base; a weighing device for weighing said comestible matter, wherein said weighing device is adapted to fit on said base and under said container assembly for weighing said comestible matter in said container assembly, and wherein said weighing device is removably mounted on said base such that it can be used to weigh said comestible matter when said weighing device is mounted on said base or not mounted on said base; and a tab engageable with a slot for securing said container assembly to said weighing device. Moreover , the weighing device can wirelessly communicate weight measurements and other data to a recipe application on the mobile devices such that the user can adjust the weight of the comestible matter based on the feedback from the mobile devices.

摘要： A vibration damper system used in a food processor to reduce the vibration of a high power motor that has varying speed cycles is disclosed. The motor is suspended from a ceiling that is mounted to the motor base through a plurality of bolted joints. The bolted joints are surrounded by a grommet that has a unique shape. The grommet comprises generally three parts, which are an upper portion, a middle portion, and a lower portion. The middle portion is smaller than other portion so that it creates a recess for the ceiling to be sandwiched between the grommet. In a preferred embodiment, the lower portion of the grommet further comprises a plurality of petal members that provide a non-uniform spring rate to the grommet so that the grommet is adapted best to reduce the upward impulse of the motor. The food processor also contains a novel air ventilation system.
