摘要： An apparatus and method for dispensing individual orders of a hot food product. The apparatus is designed to use a food product provided in a dehydrated form, such food product being readily reconstituted by the addition of a liquid. The apparatus includes a mechanism for delivering an amount of dehydrated food product corresponding to the size of an individual order, a chamber and system for rehydrating the product, a mechanism for cutting rehydrated product forced out of the chamber, a cooking device for the severed product, and a conveyor for deliverying cooked product. The invention further provides a lever that combines a closure for a carrier of dehydrated product with a shower head for furnishing water for reconstituting the product, and provides a device for cooking and for conveying rehydrated product.

摘要： A domestic appliance, such as a coffee mill, comprising a fixed casing within which a spring is positioned to support an axially movable drum. A shaft to which a cutter is attached, is rotatably mounted in a floor of the drum. The spring serves to hold the shaft out of engagement with a drive motor coupling. The drum is provided with a lid which preferably is lockable to the casing. When the lid is properly in place the force exerted by the spring is overcome and the drum and thereby the shaft are depressed so that the shaft engages the drive motor coupling.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a high-quality bread, etc., by combining steaming and baking. SOLUTION: In a baking method, a lump 110 of kneaded powder is placed on an almost horizontal holding surface equipped with one fine hole 102 at least so as to cover the fine hole 102. The holding surface is put into a heated enclosure together with the kneaded powder lump and the holding surface and the headed powder lump are left in the enclosure for prescribed time. At least during a part of this time, steam is supplied through the fine hole 102 so that a part of steam is infiltrated through the lower surface of kneaded powder lump into the kneaded powder lump at least. This method can be executed in a batch type baking process or a continuous conveyer process.
