    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger where a power supply is inputted in multi-type of common structure.
      SOLUTION: A DC power supply is provided. A manual handle type generator generates a DC output or an AC power generation output. A charge control electric circuit comprises electromechanical or solid state electronic parts and outputs a charging voltage or current while regulating. A common structure load is a random common structure load where the DC power supply, the manual handle type generator, or the charge control electric circuit is selected, as required, and encased in a shard case at the same time. An external load drives a load by a charger/discharger or electric energy. The case encases the apparatus. The charger generates electric energy when it is rotated by human power and supplies power to the load through the charge control electric circuit using an AC power supply provided from an electric company or other DC power supply as an input power supply.

The crank-shaped handle 301 is folded along a selected angle, and has a pivotable structure 303 and a return spring 305. A long end of the crank-shaped handle 301 is pressed by an operator, and automatically returned to an original position by the return spring 305. Since an auxiliary pressing structure is installed, a space between an inner wrench side 204 of a foldable activity block 200 and a wrench side 102 of an output end of a main handle 101 is pressed or operated, and the pipe wrench has effects of facing pressure, holding and setting.
