摘要： A delivery system for generating a sparging gas containing catalyst particles and delivering them to a flame zone (62) of a combustion reaction is disclosed. A catalyst mixture receptacle (2) for the delivery system includes a floating ball check valve (20) on an air inlet (18) to an inlet tube (8) of the receptacle (2) which is spaced from a vertical wall (12) of the receptacle (2). A secondary splash chamber (30) having an opening smaller than the body of the chamber is also included between the main body of the receptacle (2) and the sparging gas outlet for the receptacle to reduce the opportunity for catalyst mixture (4) in liquid form to reach the sparging gas outlet. An enrichment circuit is disclosed including a controller (74), pump (72), and a one-way check valve (87) for adding additional sparging gas to a flame zone (62) of a combustion process in times of added load.

摘要： An apparatus for increasing gas components in a fluid uses a controller connected to a network and client device for remote control of fluid flow rates, magnet field intensity, and pressure of fluid based on preset parameters. Conductive wire coiled around a magnet fluid treatment device generates a bidirectional magnetic flux to magnetically treat fluid in the conduit at an entry pressure. A variable frequency generator energizes the wire creating magnetic flux lines to pass through the fluid flow conduit. A gas injector receives fluid at the gas injector entry pressure and lowers the gas injector entry pressure of the fluid to a gas injector discharge pressure. A treatment chamber receives the fluid at a treatment chamber entry pressure and lowers the treatment chamber entry pressure to a treatment chamber discharge pressure. The apparatus causes absorption of increased gas component into the fluid by from 10% to at least 500%.

摘要： Method and system for blending biogas with conventional fuel in which the fuel blend is automatically adjusted for lower biogas flows and methane concentrations by introducing higher concentrations of conventional fuels. The system is able to automatically adjust the fuel blend, thereby eliminating the requirement for manual intervention, and producing a variable blended biogas that can be utilized within existing natural-gas fired combustion units such as boilers, furnaces, heaters, etc., as well as enabling automatic adjustment and operation, maximum usage of biogas, and integration with combustion unit controls. Using all available biogas to provide energy also minimizes the need for flaring unused biogas.
