    • A radio frequency identification (RFID) label print system includes a label printer comprising a master control board of the printer, an antenna, a radio frequency read-and-write module, and a RFID label comprising a coil, a read-and-write interface, and nonvolatile memories. The RFID label printing process includes the following steps: A1) sets printing content; A2) acquaints the master control board of the printer with the printing content; A3) the radio frequency read-and-write module sends and receives RF signals by the antenna; A4) the coil induces RF signals and writes the printing content into the nonvolatile memories through the read-and-write interface. The said RFID label printing system and process are of benefit to commodity flow because the RFID label has a RF chip to print and save the information of the label. Furthermore, the RFID label printer also has an USB interface to transport data in an USB device to the printer.

The cleaning structure may be configured to present a sticky surface to a primary cleaning member that engages and cleans the substrates. Alternatively, the cleaning structure may be configured to directly engage and clean the substrates. Preferably, the useful lives of the cleaning structure and the printer consumable are commensurate. Also disclosed is a replaceable cartridge (64) that holds both a printer consumable and a substrate cleaning structure, the cartridge being configured so that when it is received in a printer it is operable to at least assist in removing debris from a substrate. Also disclosed are a method of cleaning an information receiving surface of a substrate and a method of cleaning a substrate-cleaning member of a substrate printer.
