摘要： A system includes a refrigerant compressor including an electric motor, a current sensor that measures current flow to the electric motor, a switching device configured to close and open to allow and prevent current flow to the electric motor, respectively, a maximum continuous current (MCC) device that includes a resistance corresponding to a maximum continuous current for the electric motor, and a motor protection module. The motor protection module communicates with the MCC device, the current sensor, and the switching device and determines a first MCC value for the electric motor as a function of the resistance of the MCC device. The motor protection module also selectively sets a predetermined MCC to the first MCC and controls the switching device based on a comparison of the current flow to the electric motor and the predetermined MCC.

One of the forms of achieving the objectives of the present invention is by means of a control system for protection against break of the lubricating-oil film in bearings of hermetic compressors, a microprocessor (10) actuating a set of switches (SW2M) selectively, so as to generate a rotation at the motor-compressor assembly (20, 21 ) , the compressor (21 ) having a minimum rotation (RPMmin) of the compressor (21) so that the oil film will not be broken.

The compressor controller includes a controller processor and a controller memory distinct from the data module processor and the data module memory. The data module receives sensed data, stores the sensed data in the data module memory, determines a first diagnosis of the compressor based on the sensed data, and communicates the sensed data and the first diagnosis to the compressor controller. The compressor controller determines a second diagnosis of the compressor based on the sensed data and verifies the first diagnosis by comparing the first diagnosis to the second diagnosis.

摘要： A synchronous induction motor features improved assemblability of a rotor, significantly reduced production cost, and improved operation performance of the motor. A plurality of die-cast secondary conductors is provided around a rotor yoke constituting the rotor of the synchronous induction motor. End rings are die-cast integrally with the secondary conductors on the peripheral portions of both end surfaces of the rotor yoke. Permanent magnets are inserted into slots formed such that they penetrate the rotor yoke. The openings of both ends of the slots are closed by a pair of end surface members formed of a non-magnetic constituent. One of the end surface members is secured to the rotor yoke by one of the end rings when the secondary conductors and the end rings are formed. The other end surface member is secured to the rotor yoke by a fixture.

A motor-mounted internal gear pump has a pump section for sucking and discharging a liquid and a motor section for driving the same. The pump section has an internal rotor having teeth formed around its outer periphery, an external rotor having teeth formed around its inner periphery and a pump casing that accommodates both rotors and has a suction port for sucking a liquid and a discharge port for discharging a liquid. The motor section has a can that composes a part of the pump casing and formed of anon-magnetic material into a thin plate, a rotator arranged at the inside of the can for driving the external rotor or the internal rotor; and a stator arranged at the outside of the can for rotating the rotator.
