The gear part 6b autorotates being meshed with the ring body 7 and revolves along the inner periphery of the ring body 7. The decentered direction of the eccentric part 6a from the crankpin 4c, an internal/external gear ratio, and the like are thus determined appropriately so as to enlarge an explosion stroke range and thereby to improve the transmission efficiency of energy to a crankshaft.
