    • PURPOSE: To prevent after-burning due to abnormal combustion in such a way that inflow air quantity to a slow speed fuel path is decreased so as to increase the fuel quantity injected from slow speed fuel injection ports when quickly shutting off a throttle valve of a carburetor.
      CONSTITUTION: Slow speed injection ports 5, 6 have their opening behind a throttle valve 14 of a carburetor 1 through a slow speed fuel path 8 which communicates to a float chamber 3. Besides, main and auxiliary air bleeds 9, 11 communicate to the slow fuel path 8 in order to regulate the air-to-fuel ratio. In addition, a negative pressure path 15 equipped with a check valve 12 connects the direct rear of the both air bleeds 9, 11 to an intake air path 2 located behind the throttle valve 14. In consequence, when the throttle valve 14 is quickly shut off, intense negative pressure which occurs at the back of the throttle valve releases a chech valve 13, while producing an effect on the air bleed, so that the bleed air to the fuel path 8 can be decreased.
