Air in the surroundings of the top part of the arc-type airflow guide plate 103 and a heat radiation part 102 is introduced inside by the electric axial-flow fan 202. The air introduced inside is discharged to the surroundings through the exhaust vanes 207. With this, the inside of the lamp housing can be efficiently cooled.
