    • PURPOSE:To increase the reliability and safety of ignition and combustion by a method wherein a bulkhead for partitioning a heating space is provided in a grill and air is supplied to only an upper fire transfer burner. CONSTITUTION:Both surface type grill is provided with a rear bulkhead 9 along the rear wall 10 of the grill and both ends of an upper fire transfer burner 7 are peeped through notches provided at the upper left and right sides of the bulkhead 9. When upper and lower main burners 3, 4 at left side are ignited, flame is transferred to upper and lower fire transfer burners 7, 8 respectively, the flame is transferred to flame ports sequentially, then, the flame is transferred to right side upper and lower main burners and the ignition of all main burners is finished. The upper flame transfer burner 7 is burnt in an exclusive combustion chamber 11 surrounded by a rear wall 10 and the rear bulkhead 9, therefore, the burner 7 receives the supply of sufficient air and perfect combustion is effected while the burner 7 is isolated from the lower fire transfer burner 8, therefore, it will never be affected by ascending air stream and stabilized flame transfer may be effected.

    • PURPOSE: To fasten with a simple work and improve work efficiency by forming an U-shaped nipping section at the central position of a fixed plate and at its end section a M-shaped engagement section and a polygonal pierced hole in an operation plate.
      CONSTITUTION: A fixed plate 11 has at its central position an U-letter shaped nipping section 11a which engages with the polygonal section of a piezo-electric ignitor 5 and an engagement section 11b of M-letter shape with an arc projection on its bottom section. The U-letter shaped nipping section 11a of the fixed plate 11 and the M-letter shaped engagement section 11b of an operation plate 6 fit into a polygonal through-hole 6a and they are fixed to the operation plate 6 with a small machine screws 10b for fixing. The arc at the bottom section of the M-letter shaped engagement section 11b reduces the area of contact with a piezoelectric ignitor 5, and serves as an shock absorber during the operation. By the way it is possible to secure for sure the piezoelectric ignitor by the polygonal through-hole provided in the operation plate and the assembly becomes simple with excellent workability.

CONSTITUTION:Square cavities 1a, 1b are bored on the front and lower surfaces of the front operating panel of an equipment respectively. On the other hand, the pawls 8a, 8b are formed on the decorative sheet 5 at positions corresponding to the cavities 1a, 1b. The L-shaped pawl 8a of thus constituted decorative sheet 5 is retained in the cavity 8a of the front surface while the pawl 8b of bottom section of the sheet is inserted into the cavity 1b of the bottom surface utilizing the elasticity of a slanted section 10. According to this method, the decorative sheet 5 may be fixed by the upper retension, effected by the pawl 8a, the the lower retension, effected by the elastic retension of the slanted section 10. Thus, the decorative sheet may be fixed surely and easily by a simple constitution.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure the safe operation inexpensively without providing two extinguishment safety valves for two grill burners by bending the end of two respective burners in a curve and fastening them so that the flames from the burners may be close to and interfere with each other. CONSTITUTION:The end of two rod burners are bent in a curve, and gas discharge holes are disposed up to the end. The protective cover 11 protects the interference area from the spillover or oily soot, and widens the gap between the opposing two rod burners. When the middle part H, H' of the rod burners are temporarily extinguished by the spillover or oily soot, the gas is cut off on the side of the extinguishment safety valve 5. In the case of the H side, the flame is supplied from the other grill burner at the protective cover area 11 to again ignite the H area after the effect of the spillover or oily soot is over. Accordingly, there is no need for two extinguishment safety valves for the two rod burners, and the burning is resumed without a continued release of raw gas, ensuring the prevention of dangers due to incomplete burning or explosion.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to perform steadily each operation for locking and flow rate controlling by providing an open/close mechanism part for a valve open/ close operation, and an operation part main body having integral structure of an igniting/extinguishment button and a locking lever. CONSTITUTION:At the pushing of an ignition button 21 under a locked condition, an igniting operation is not achieved due to its touching to a locking lever 25. By sliding the locking lever 25 toward the left side for removing it from the front of the ignition button 21, the lock is released. By pushing the ignition button 21, an igniting lever 13 is slid, each of valves 7a, 8a is opened by pushing a main shaft 7 and a channel changeover shaft 8a, and thus the igniting operation is performed. After finishing said igniting operation, by releasing the ignition button 21 from pushing thereon, the igniting lever 13 is slightly moved backward and engaged with a stopper 18, the channel changeover shaft 8 is also moved backward, and then a valve 8a is closed. Meantime, a gas flows to a main outlet port 6b only through a separated channel 6a via a thermal power adjusting needle 12 preset by a thermal power adjusting lever 17, and thus the setting of the thermal power of a burner is achieved.

When the gas cock knob 5 is rotated, the closure member 4 is actuated at the same time to allow the gas to flow through the closure member 4 to a burning intensity controlling section 2 which is sealed by a rubber packing 6 and a blind plate 7. The gas passes through a gas passage chamber 9 which extends to a needle shaft 8 to the clearance between the needle shaft 8 and controller body 10. At this time, by externally actuating the needle shaft 8 to cause it to slide, the gas flow rate is controlled. After reaching to a gas outlet chamber 11, the gas flows from a gas nozzle 12 to a burner.
