摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover up defects of a scissors using a leaf spring and a scissors not used the leaf spring each other, and provide a scissors having both good points, in fastening force of a pivot and easy regulation in the scissors pivoted two edge bodies by a bolt, and also provide a new leaf spring used for realization of the scissors so as to utilize the leaf spring characteristic widely. SOLUTION: In a scissors provided with a first edge body 30, a second edge body 40, a bolt 10 penetrated them from the first edge body 30 side, and a nut 20 screwed around a bolt 10 by interposing a leaf spring 1 from the second edge body 40 side, the leaf spring 1 is provided with a tongue part locked with the second edge body 40, and also provided with a spring part 3 formed thinly by forming a step difference on one surface side of the end piece of the leaf spring 1, and a projection part 4 arranged on the back surface of the spring part 3, and the nut 20 is provided with a plurality of recessed part 22 engaged wit the projection part 4 of the leaf spring 1.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a mask gripper adaptable to masks for semiconductors of various sizes, without causing undesired particles by placing grip members approximately in the tangential direction to elastic gripper leg members. CONSTITUTION: The mask gripper comprises a main body 1 and two stripe members 2 coupled with it. A pair of grip mechanisms 3 are fixed to the tips of the members 2. The main body has two leg members i.e., U-shaped elastic members 4 coupled with a pair of grips 5 protrudent approximately in the tangential direction therefrom. Thus the leg members are mutually coupled without using a coupling member or rotary axial element and hence no friction occurs during operation and esp. trouble due to metal particles is avoidable.
