    • An automatic shoe cover dispenser includes a shoe cover feeding arrangement holding a plurality of shoe covers each having a shoe opening, a shoe cover pulling mechanism and a driving mechanism. The shoe cover pulling mechanism is capable of pulling one of the shoe covers from the shoe cover feeding arrangement as a standby shoe cover for being ready for wearing on a shoe of a user. The driving mechanism includes a pedal arranged in up and down movable manner for the shoe of the user to step thereon and a device for driving the pulling mechanism to deliver the standby shoe cover to the pedal and enlarging the shoe opening of the standby shoe cover to be large enough for the shoe of the user to place inside the standby shoe cover by means of up and down movements of the pedal.

    • The present invention discloses an inter-domain routing method for a dual-mode terminal, and a registration system and method. In the present invention, with an inter-domain IWGW, the dual-mode terminal registers respectively with the IWGW when it logins in the circuit domain or the packet domain; a GMSC or CSCF triggers to the IWGM upon receipt of a call for the terminal; the IWGW decides the route according to the registration state and a predefined policy; and the GMSC or CSCF continues the call according the decision result. A practical policy is to route the call to a domain where the terminal has a latest registration. A SFF is added between the HLR and the VLR, for duplicating and forwarding the interaction signaling between the VLR and the HLR to the IWGW. The present invention also discloses an Interwork Gateway and a Signaling Forking Function.

    • An active current bias network that compensates for Hot-Carrier Injection (HCI) induced bias drift, a common phenomenon existing in Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (MOS) transistors and especially in Laterally Diffused MOS (LDMOS) transistors. The active bias network of the present invention first senses the bias current flowing in the targeted transistor and then compares the bias current in the targeted transistor with a stable reference current. The difference between the bias current in the targeted transistor and the reference current is then utilized to adjust the bias of the targeted transistor via a current mirror feedback circuit. The bias current of the targeted transistor then is stable independent of any HCI induced bias changes and changes due to other adverse causes. The sensing MOS transistor used for monitoring bias current is operated in the triode region and has minimum effect on the performance of the targeted transistor.
