摘要： After printing cue marks and front surface images on the front surface of web paper by a printing station, an image data elongation-contraction processor creates corrected back surface image data based on elasticity information, and a printing station prints back surface images based on the corrected back surface image data, on the back surface of the printing medium. At this time, a page interval calculator calculates a page interval from an interval between the cue marks detected by a detector, and a difference computing unit calculates differences between the page interval and image size in a transport direction of the corrected back surface image data. Since these differences indicate shifts of the correction based on the elasticity information, optimal elasticity information can be set by revising the elasticity information with these differences through a setting unit. Consequently, the operator of the apparatus can easily set optimal elasticity information based on the differences.

摘要： In order to improve the quality of a substrate, a substrate processing apparatus includes a substrate holding unit, a first drive unit, a chemical liquid discharge portion, a cup unit, a second drive unit, and a control unit. The substrate holding unit holds a substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface in a horizontal posture. The first drive unit rotates the substrate holding unit about a virtual axis. The chemical liquid discharge portion discharges a chemical liquid toward the first surface of the substrate held by the substrate holding unit. The cup unit surrounds a periphery of the substrate holding unit. The second drive unit changes a relative position in the vertical direction of the cup unit with respect to the substrate holding unit. The control unit, while causing the first drive unit to rotate the substrate holding unit about the virtual axis and causing the chemical liquid discharge portion to discharge the chemical liquid toward the first surface of the substrate held by the substrate holding unit to execute a chemical liquid treatment of treating the first surface, causes the second drive unit to change the relative position in the vertical direction of the cup unit with respect to the substrate holding unit.

摘要： An anastomosis assist tool comprises a body unit extending in a predetermined advancing direction, and an insertion unit arranged at the tip of the body unit. The body unit includes an anastomosis assist part having an approximately constant cross-sectional shape in a plane perpendicular to the advancing direction. The anastomosis assist part includes a projection projecting outwardly as viewed in the cross section and extending in the advancing direction. The insertion unit includes a tapered part of a diameter decreasing gradually toward a tip. When the insertion unit and a part of the body unit are inserted into a vessel, the projection of the anastomosis assist part of the body unit abuts on the inner wall of the vessel. This makes it unlikely that the inner wall of the vessel will stick to the body unit at a site other than a point abutting on the projection.

摘要： An organ container includes a pouch-shaped body. The body has an opening and is capable of storing an organ that is inserted from the opening into an inner space. The body is formed of a styrene elastomer. The body has inner and outer surfaces each having a uneven shape. This structure suppresses a temperature rise in the organ stored in the body and reduces damage to the organ when some sort of impacts is applied to the organ. Moreover, the uneven shape of the inner surface of the body allows holding of a low-temperature preservation solution and thereby improves insulation effectiveness of the organ. The uneven shape of the outer surface of the body facilitates the surgeon's handling of the organ container and thereby improves workability.

摘要： Disclosed are a substrate treating apparatus and a substrate transporting method for the substrate treating apparatus. Two treating blocks are arranged so as not to be stacked, and a first treating block, an ID block, and a second treating block are linearly connected horizontally. Accordingly, the number of treatment layers is increasable while a height of the substrate treating apparatus is suppressed. The first and second treating blocks are each connected to the ID block directly. This enables suppression in step of passing a substrate through a treating block without performing any treatment on the substrate, leading to prevention of decrease in throughput. In addition, a substrate buffer is placed in the middle of the two treating blocks. The two treating blocks enable transportation of substrates W with the substrate buffer.
