The digital signal is stored temporarily in a storage means 11 by using a signal in synchronization with the winding speed of the medium P as a write synchronizing signal W. The signal synchronizing with the recording speed of a recording means 12 is read as a synchronizing signal R, the storage content of the means 11 is read and inputted to the means 12 and the character/graphic form is recorded on a specified paper sheet S.
