摘要： PURPOSE:To have more palatable beer by producing froth when pouring and more tasteful by extending the life of the froth, with a spout having an internal surface of partially or wholly unglazed pottery. CONSTITUTION:A spout 1 comprises a cylindrical part 2 and base 3 of silicon rubber. A slot 4 in the internal surface of the base 3 mates with a ring-shaped tip 12 of a beer bottle mouth 11. A pottery 6 inserted into the cylinder 2 is held at the end 5 of internal surface of the cylinder 2. Thus, beer being poured contacts the pottery, and air contained in the porous pottery helps saturated gas in beer gasify, instantaneously producing a very fine layer of froth on the pottery contacting beer. Thus, beer, coated with fine froth, is poured into a mug, resulting in reduced impact on the wall of the mug and agitation.

摘要： PURPOSE: To contrive growth of bubbles when opening a container by providing in the container an insert with the second chamber communicating with the first chamber through a small aperture. CONSTITUTION: A hollow plastic insert 5 is put in from an opening of a can 1 and fixed to the bottom. The insert 5 forms the second chamber 10 within the first chamber 16 and has a narrow aperture 12. Then beer 15 is filled, a proper amount of liquid nitrogen is added on the stout 15, air in a headspace 19 is removed with nitrogen gas produced from liquid nitrogen, and can 1 is inverted after sealed. At that time, the narrow aperture 12 of the insert 5 communicates with the headspace 19 and gas pressure in the inserted chamber 10 is equilibrated with that in the headspace 19. After reaching the equilibrium, the can 1 is inverted again to return to the original state. When the can 1 is unsealed to pour the beer 15, pressure in the headspace 19 comes down to atmospheric pressure, and gas in the insert chamber 10 jets into the beer 15 from the aperture 12 with the pressure difference to form bubbles on surface of the beer 15.

摘要： PURPOSE: To alleviate excessive extrication of gas dissolved in a beverage when unsealed by introducing pressurized gas in the second chamber into beverage in the first chamber through a hole. CONSTITUTION: When a sealed can is unsealed with a pull ring 5 on the upper wall 4, the major headspace 21 communicates with atmosphere to rapidly reduce the pressure. Therefore, gas pressure of the second chamber 10 surpasses that of the headspace 21, gas in the second chamber 10 ejects into the beer 20 through a hole 11. The gas ejection causes the gas dissolved in the beer 20 to be extricated, forces to evolve through the whole beverage 20 on the hole 11 and rises to provide boiling of gas bubbles developing in the headspace 21. Dissolved gas, carbonic acid gas in particular, is extricated from a part of beer less than 20% of the whole volume of the beer 20 in the container to form bubbles in the headspace 21 by disposing the hole 11 at a relatively shallow position under the surface 22 of the beverage 20.

The contents are adjusted in equilibrium, the liquid nitrogen is vaporized, the beverage 17 is flown from the primary chamber 9 into the secondary chamber 12 through an orifice 10 when the pressure is increased, a headspace 21 is formed in the primary chamber 9, and a headspace 22 is formed in the secondary chamber 12 in a state that the pressure can be surely kept greater than atmospheric pressure. When the container is unsealed, the pressure in the primary headspace 11 is rapidly reduced to atmospheric pressure, and the large pressure differential is generated, whereby the beverage 17' in the secondary chamber 12 is ejected into the beverage 17 in the primary chamber 9 through an orifice 10, and the gas is liberated to form a head of froth on the beverage.

When the container is inverted, the beverage is flown into the secondary chamber 11 from the primary chamber 10 through an orifice 9 until the equilibrium condition is obtained, whereby the headspace 11a can be kept. When the container is unsealed, the pressure of the headspace 10a is rapidly reduced to the atmospheric pressure, and the pressure in the headspace 11a is increased, whereby the beverage and/or gas in the secondary chamber 11 is ejected into the beverage in the primary chamber 10, and the froth is formed on the beverage.
