    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metal plate with improved corrosion resistance and color enhancement and a metal plate manufactured by the same are provided to implement the desired color of a metal plate using vacuum deposition, not printing, thereby restricting discoloration. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a metal plate with improved corrosion resistance and color enhancement comprises the steps of: forming a copper plating layer on an exposed portion of a SUS plate(S4), forming a palladium plating film on the copper plating layer(S5), forming a first trivalent chrome plating layer on the palladium plating film(S6), forming a color deposition layer on the first trivalent chrome plating layer with a vacuum deposition method(S7), attaching a protective tape on the SUS plate including the color deposition layer and removing a plated portion including the color deposition layer from the SUS plate using the adhesive property of the protective tape(S9), and forming an adhesive layer on the underside of the copper plating layer of the plated portion removed from the SUS plate(S10).

    • PURPOSE: A decoration glass having a pattern formed by Ultra Violet(UV) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a stereoscopic perception and esthetic view. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a decoration glass having a pattern formed by UV comprises the following steps: preparing an electroforming mold which consists of a decoration pattern processing unit by using an electroforming as a base mold(S1); forming a first UV layer by spreading UV paint on upper side of the electroformed mold(S2); solidifying the first UV layer as a base film seating on the first UV layer(S3); manufacturing a soft mold in which the base film combined with the first UV layer having a pattern surface formed on an upper side(S4); manufacturing a hydrophobic coating film by bouncing water off the pattern surface of the first UV layer of the soft mold(S5); forming a second UV layer by spreading the UV paint on a glass which is a base material for manufacturing the decoration glass(S6); placing the soft mold facing the pattern surface of the first UV layer on the glass having the second UV layer(S7); hardening the second UV layer of the glass(S8); manufacturing a decoration glass having a UV decoration pattern by taking the glass which has the second UV layer off from the soft mold(S9).
