    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for a petroleum fuel, produced by using calcined shells, natural zeolite mineral and an alcohol to improve fuel cost and reduce exhaust gas.
      SOLUTION: This additive is obtained by crushing the natural zeolite mineral by approximately 5 mm size, calcining at 350°C temperature for 60 min, mixing with a material obtained by calcining shells such as oysters, scallops, etc., at 700°C for approximately 30 min by a ratio of 20 % natural zeolite and 80 % calcined and crushed shells, pouring the mixture in an electric oven, calcining at 500°C initial temperature for 3 hr, then firing at 845°C temperature for 6 hr, finely crushing to approximately 5 μm size particles, adding the particles to isopropyl alcohol by 0.5 % weight ratio, agitating for 3 to 5 hr, leaving still for 10 days and adding the obtained liquid to petroleum.
