The cold storage heat exchanger 160 is formed such that a cold storage material pipe 162 is disposed outside or inside of at least a part of a refrigerant pipe 155 connecting a refrigerant flow-out side of the evaporator 150 to a refrigerant suction side of the compressor 110, and the cold storage material 164 is housed in a space 163 formed by sealing a clearance between at least a part of the refrigerant pipe 155 and both ends of the cold storage material pipe 162.
