    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a metal mold in a short time while prospecting a springback in press work of a steel plate and a warp in injection molding of resin.SOLUTION: A prospect model generation device for metal mold includes input means (14) of accepting input data; an analytic model generation part (102) which generates an analytic model before deformation which consists of a plurality of microelements and nodes corresponding to a surface shape of a metal mold; a solver part (104) which generates an analytic model after deformation which has been taken out of the metal mold by performing deformation analysis based upon the analytic model and conditions; an inversion vector generation part (110) which finds a displacement vector based upon the analytic model after deformation, and inverts it to obtain an inversion vector; a prospect vector generation part (112) which alters the inversion vector; and generation processing parts (114, 116) for prospect analytic model or prospect curved surface which compute a prospect analytic model or prospect curved surface to obtain prospect shape data on the metal mold.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce in a short time a mold that takes into account a spring-back during the pressing of a steel plate or the like and a warp during the injection molding of resin.
      SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing a probable model of a mold is provided including: an input means (14) for accepting input data; an analytical model creating part (102) for creating an analytical model before deformation which consists of a plurality of microscopic elements and nodal points corresponding to the surface configuration of the mold; a solver part (104) for conducting deformation analysis based on the analytical model and conditions and producing an analytical model after deformation after it is taken out of the mold; an inverse vector creating part (110) for determining a displacement vector based on the analytical models before and after deformation and creating an inverse vector by inverting the displacement vector; a probable vector creating part (112) for changing the inverse vector; and probable analytical model/probable curved surface creation process parts (114, 116) for calculating a probable analytical model or a probable curved surface and obtaining the probable configuration data of the mold.
