摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a metal mold in a short time while prospecting a springback in press work of a steel plate and a warp in injection molding of resin.SOLUTION: A prospect model generation device for metal mold includes input means (14) of accepting input data; an analytic model generation part (102) which generates an analytic model before deformation which consists of a plurality of microelements and nodes corresponding to a surface shape of a metal mold; a solver part (104) which generates an analytic model after deformation which has been taken out of the metal mold by performing deformation analysis based upon the analytic model and conditions; an inversion vector generation part (110) which finds a displacement vector based upon the analytic model after deformation, and inverts it to obtain an inversion vector; a prospect vector generation part (112) which alters the inversion vector; and generation processing parts (114, 116) for prospect analytic model or prospect curved surface which compute a prospect analytic model or prospect curved surface to obtain prospect shape data on the metal mold.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finite element analysis system capable of suppressing increase in an analysis time while maintaining high precision of analysis.SOLUTION: A finite element analysis system performs stress analysis of contact of a wheel body that rolls on a long rail body toward a traveling direction along it, and includes analysis means that repeats steps as follows: the rail body is subjected to virtual division into a plurality of unit blocks along a longer direction thereof; after defining an analysis section composed of back and forth unit blocks of a predetermined number while interposing the unit block at least containing the contact part of the wheel body and the rail body, finite element analysis is performed until the contact part moves in the traveling direction for a predetermined traveling distance within the analysis section; a new analysis section is defined by shifting the analysis section by one unit block in the traveling direction; and finite element analysis is further performed.

SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a preform molding apparatus 10 which produces in a single-cavity mold in runnerless a preform material 3 corresponding to a miniature precision optical component to be molded and a precision compression molding apparatus 40 which, after performing the primary compression molding of the preform material 3 under a vacuum condition, cools the preform material to near the glass transition point, then re-softens the surface layer and performs the secondary compression molding to transfer the small precision optical component.
