    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposit removing device which can remove a deposit sticking to the interior of a boiler furnace in a short time without requiring great labor.SOLUTION: A deposit removing device removes a deposit of coal ashes sticking to the interior of a boiler furnace. The deposit removing device includes first and second support bars 1a and 1b, first to fourth rings 2a to 2d, first to fourth string members 3a to 3d, a moving shaft 4 which reciprocates between one ends of the first and second support bars 1a and 1b and the other ends of the first and second support bars 1a and 1b, and a crushing means 5 which reciprocates on the moving shaft 4 in its direction and crushes a deposit. The first and second string members 3a and 3b are stretched from a front fixed part 103 disposed on the boiler furnace, and the third and fourth string members 3c and 3d are stretched from a rear fixed part 104 opposite to the front fixed part 103.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the flange surface by preventing hiding of a corner part caused by abutting of rubber of a water stopping jig on the corner part of the flange, and to perform sufficient water stop.
      SOLUTION: This water stopping jig is equipped with an external cylinder having a flange, and an internal cylinder having a flange to be fitted into the external cylinder. The jig has a constitution wherein a channel having a slight clearance between the flange of the external cylinder and the flange of the internal cylinder is formed, and an intake hole for taking a water pressure into the channel is bored on the internal cylinder, and a seal member is interfitted into the downstream end opening of the channel, and an O-ring is interfitted onto the furthermore upstream than the intake hole for the channel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut with high precision without causing eccentricity of a core of a cutting device in a curve section of a pipe passage and take out the cutting device smoothly without cutting an extra part when retracting the cutting device.
      SOLUTION: The cutting device is inserted into the pipe passage communicating a manhole with a manhole. One end of a wire is fixed in front of the cutting device, the other end of the wire is positioned in the manhole in the front, and the wire is pulled in to enlarge diameter of the pipe passage.
