    • Un procedimiento de moldeo en autoclave para moldear un material compuesto (13) formado por un sustrato de fibra y una matriz de una resina termoendurecible o una resina termoplástica disponiendo el material compuesto en una bolsa de vacío (15) y después en una cámara de moldeo (1) y calentando y presurizando el mismo que comprende: una etapa de suministro a la cámara de moldeo (1) de vapor saturado que tiene una temperatura predeterminada necesaria para el material compuesto (13) como fuente de calor y fuente de presurización predeterminada, una etapa de suministro a la cámara de moldeo (1) del aire, nitrógeno o gas mixto formado por los mismos que tiene una presión predeterminada superior a la presión de vapor saturado como fuente de presurización superpuesta complementaria necesaria para el moldeo, y una etapa de curado mediante el suministro controlado del vapor saturado y el aire, nitrógeno o el gas mixto formado por los mismos que tiene la presión predeterminada, controlando al menos la temperatura o la presión de modo que en el interior de la cámara de moldeo (1) pueda mantenerse a la temperatura predeterminada y a la presión necesaria para el material compuesto (13).

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate and automate a stocking-insertion work by inserting a set of plural rollers held in an inclined state between foot patterns from their bottoms to tops and holding the foot pattern between rollers to achieve the positioning. CONSTITUTION:A group of foot patterns 1 which are held in standing position with an equal interval between each other are stopped at stocking-inserting positions arranged on a track and short of a setting section of a stocking-finishing machine. A foot pattern-positioning means is composed of a roller-holding means F for rollers 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b which are constituted to project the lower parts toward the bottom parts 1a of foot patterns 1 and to incline the upper parts backward and a back-and- forth moving device G. Inside rollers 5a, 5b and outside rollers 6a, 6b placed on a roller supporting deck 14 are inserted between bottom parts 1a of foot patterns 1 by actuating an air cylinder 15 of the back-and-forth moving means G. subsequently, each of the roller 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b are rotated and moved on a rubber ring 7 to gradually raise the contact surfaces. The gaps between tops of neighboring foot patterns 1 are widened by the outer rollers 6a, 6b and a stocking is applied on the foot pattern with the use of the widened gaps and then each of the rollers 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b is withdrawn from the foot pattern 1.
