摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nasal liquid drop useful for treatment of head cold and its accompanying symptom, caused by allergy, vasomotor nerve and nasal virus, and having improved compatibility by including a specific proportion of azelastine and not including hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. SOLUTION: This nasal liquid drop contains 0.0005-2% (wt./wt.) azelastine allowed to be present in a form of physiologically compatible salt, and does not contain hydroxypropylcellulose. The preparation preferably contains 0.001-0.1% (wt. per vol. of a solution when the preservative is the solution) pharmaceutically acceptable preservative (preferably an alkylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride or the like). The dose to a nostril is preferably 0.05-0.15 ml, and 1-5 time doses of the amount per day are preferable.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain the subject dry compound useful for a coenzyme for the oxidative decarboxylation of α-ketocarboxylic acids and the like by treating a raw material having an increased content of thioctic acid with liquid or supercritical carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: This method for producing dry thioctic acid comprises charging a raw material increased in the content of the thioctic acid into a vessel C, feeding and compressing liquid carbon dioxide from a storage container D into a pump P1 to compress the carbon dioxide to an extraction pressure, heating the compressed carbon dioxide at an extraction temperature with a heat exchanger E1, feeding the heated supercritical or liquid carbon dioxide into the vessel C, dissolving extractable substances in the carbon dioxide during the passage of the raw material through the vessel C, introducing the dissolved substance-containing carbon dioxide into a separator S, changing the pressure and/or the temperature to lower the solubility of the carbon dioxide, and thus separating the deposited extract. Thereby, the objective dry thioctic acid little in the content of the left solvent and useful for coenzymes for the oxidative decarboxylation of α-ketocarboxylic acids, the treatment of diabetic multiple nervous disorders and the like is easily obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dosage form that can resist to gastric juice and is suitable for oral administration and can rapidly dissolve the active substance at the pH of the intestinal juice after passing through the duodenum by using a specific solid salt of α-lipoic acid in an amount within a specific range. SOLUTION: This oral, particularly a gastric juice-resistant dosage form contains a physiologically acceptable solid salt of α-lipoic acid (its calcium salt, aluminum salt and amino acid salt are excluded) in an amount of 1-250 mg. The dosage form is, for example, tablet, capsule, pill, coated tablet or granule. Among α-lipoic acid, solid salts of (R)-α-lipoic acid is preferred. The salt-forming agent for the α-polic acid is, for example, a base, alkali metal or alkaline earth metal, their hydroxides, ammonium hydroxide, basic amino acid. This dosage form has good storage stability and high bioavailability as much as possible.
