摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying river water by changing an earth conglomerate deposited on the upstream side of a dam into a water quality purifying material by opening and closing a valve installed on the dam to utilize it to purify the river water. SOLUTION: On the upstream side of the dam, a large amount of earth conglomerates are deposited. This is changed into a cube attached with a microbe to significantly increase the quantity of microbes.
