    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent material excellent in performance of adsorbing and removing both of acidic odorous gas components and basic odorous gas components and excellent also in durability.
      SOLUTION: An alkaline aqueous solution is added to an aqueous copper salt solution to form a precipitate of copper hydroxide. The precipitate is freed of the liquid and the resultant precipitate containing hydration water is dissolved in an aqueous phosphoric acid solution by adding the solution to the precipitate to produce an aqueous copper phosphate solution containing copper ions in high concentration. The aqueous copper phosphate solution containing ≥0.25 mol of copper ions per mol of phosphoric acid is supported on a base material containing a porous adsorptive material and then dried.

      CONSTITUTION: A polyamide fiber with m.p. of 110W120°C is laminated to the reinforcing material 3 of a spun-bond type polyester fiber layer by a spun-bond system to form a binder layer 2. A fiber layer roll 13 comprising the obtained fiber layer having a two-layered structure is set and supplied onto a papermaking screen and a paper stock prepared by mixing a glass fiber 14 and an acrylic resin emulsion is cast thereon to form a glass layer 1 on the fiber layer having the two-layered structure. The formed three layers are adhered through the dryer part of a papermaking machine.

By tilting the insertion plate 3 in such a manner, the rigidity can be improved compared with a constitution that the insertion plates are horizontally inserted.
