The device is simple in terms of structure, facilitates the monitoring of changes in gaps, can autonomously reset during an earthquake, and is beneficial to consumption of earthquake energy.

    • A method for performing ecological dispatching on a trunk stream reservoir by taking inflow water from an interregional tributary into consideration. By means of investigation and research, ecological and hydrological requirements for the spawning of target fish at a spawning ground downstream of a trunk stream are specified; high-flow pulse encounter analysis, related to fish spawning, of a trunk stream and a tributary is launched; high-flow pulse feature indexes of the trunk stream and the tributary during a fish spawning period over the years are sorted and are subjected to statistical compilation; a key index of a starting condition for a trunk stream reservoir coordinating with a tributary to perform ecological dispatching is identified; important parameters for river course calculation are determined according to diachronic hydrological data; and a reservoir ecological dispatching model is constructed so as to implement a method for performing ecological dispatching on a reservoir by taking inflow water from an interregional tributary into consideration. In the method, taking inflow water from an interregional tributary into consideration can solve the problem of the frequency of high-flow pulse processes of a downstream river course being insufficient due to conventional dispatching; and high-flow pulse processes of a downstream river course can be effectively improved, and hydrological conditions required for the mass breeding of fish that spawn floating eggs in a spawning ground are met.
