    • A flexible electrochromic (EC) panel that is usable for a display device or for other applications in which at least a region of the panel is selectively caused to change opacity. An exemplary EC panel includes an electrochromic working layer or electrode formed of a PProDOT-Me2 polymer film that is deposited on an indium tin oxide (ITO)-coated polyethylene terephthalate (PET) flexible substrate. Similarly, a counter electrode is formed by depositing a vanadium oxide-titanium oxide (V2O5—TiO2) composite film on another ITO PET coated flexible substrate. An ultraviolet light-cured film sealant is employed to seal the flexible panel and also serves as a spacer between the working and counter electrodes. The film sealant is patterned to define a volume for injecting an electrolyte solution through an inlet port provided in the film sealant. The inlet port is then closed. The EC panel can readily be flexed without damage.

    • A vibration test device for an electronic device(40) includes a test platform (10), and at least a pair of holders (20) attached to the platform. The test platform is capable of vibrating along any predetermined direction, and at any predetermined frequency. Each of the holders includes a pair of parallel base brackets(22) attached to the platform, and a mounting bracket(24) attached to the base brackets for mounting the electronic device. The holders and the electronic device are capable of vibrating together with the test platform.

    • The present disclosure discloses an index constructing method, search method, device and system. The index constructing method includes: constructing data obtained in each preset time period into a primary index segment, respectively, and merging the constructed primary index segments into a primary index segment set after each preset time period is over; copying and merging each primary index segment in the primary index segment set into a corresponding large index segment, to obtain a large index segment set; and sending the primary index segments in the primary index segment set or the large index segments in the large index segment set to a search device to provide a search service. The present disclosure constructs the primary index segments on the basis of time, merges the constructed primary index segments into the large index segment, and provides the search service simultaneously with the primary index segments or the large index segments, thus, improving search speed.

    • This invention relates to a method and system for digitizing bit synchronization in wireless communication. The method comprises delaying at intervals an input signal sequence, which contains at least one path of input signals; multiplying each path of input signals respectively by input signals in at least one local channel within one symbol period, the results are accumulated and then averaged within the symbol period; comparing absolute values of the averaged values of each channel of each path of input signals, and choosing a maximum absolute value to output as a bit synchronization extremum of the path; comparing the bit synchronization extremums of each path of input signals, and choosing a path of input signals having a maximum extremum as a decoded data output. This invention utilizes DMR bit synchronization technology that facilitates digitalization and reduces calculation, thereby greatly increase data rate, save resources and reduce costs.
