摘要： A load balancing method, an access controller and a load balancing system are provided. The method includes receiving load status association information from a plurality of APs in a wireless local area network, respectively, the load status association information including load information and connectivity information, and the connectivity information being information for indicating one or more UEs that can be connected to an AP corresponding to the load status association information; determining, based on the load status association information, load statuses of the APs, and obtaining, using the load status association information, a load balancing connection scheme for balancing loads of the APs, when the load statuses satisfy a predetermined condition; and determining, based on the load balancing connection scheme, a correspondence relation between a specific UE and one of the plurality of APs to connect a UE and a corresponding AP.

摘要： A method, an apparatus and an electronic device for processing a panoramic image are provided. The method includes converting a first planar projection image of the panoramic image into a spherical image; determining a position of a region of interest in the spherical image; and cutting and expanding the spherical image based on the position of the region of interest in the spherical image, and obtaining a second planar projection image of the panoramic image. A distance between the region of interest in the second planar projection image and a center point of the second planar projection image is shorter than a distance between the region of interest in the first planar projection image and a center point of the first planar projection image.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and apparatus for determining a transmission power of a secondary transmitter in a hierarchical spectrum sharing system. The method can comprise steps of obtaining channel quality information on a primary link from at least one primary receiver within a transmission range of the secondary transmitter; and determining the transmission power for the secondary transmitter based on the channel quality information, wherein the transmission power is matched with the channel quality indicated by the channel quality information. According to the embodiments of the present invention, a power control scheme is applied to the secondary transmitter based on the channel quality information on the primary link. In such a way, the secondary transmitter' throughput can be improved with controllable rate loss to the primary receiver and accordingly the spectrum efficiency for the whole system can be further upgraded.

A method for a base station in a wireless communication system, comprising: obtaining a system setting of the wireless communication system; selecting a transmission mode based at least in part on the system setting, wherein the transmission mode is one of an Interference Cancellation IC transmission mode and a Beamforming BF transmission mode; and configuring the selected transmission mode. The total system throughput may be maximized by dynamically switching the transmission mode between IC and BF at the base station. Further, the proposed switching mechanism may be applied to various communication networks where downlink interference may occur.

The cellular communication is performed between a base station (BS) and at least one UE, and the D2D communication is performed between a D2D transmitter and a D2D receiver. According to the method of the present invention, an outage margin of the D2D communication is obtained, wherein the outage margin indicates the margin that the communication from the D2D transmitter to the D2D receiver is in outage; and a target transmission power of the at least one UE is determined based on the outage margin to perform cellular scheduling.
