摘要： An interactive exercise apparatus includes a mirror display device, a control unit, and an identification unit. The mirror display device is able to reflect an image of a user and display workout information and video content with an exercise instructor performing an exercise for guiding the user to perform the exercise. The control unit is configured to control operation of the mirror display device. The identification unit is coupled to the control unit for identifying images of the user or exercise equipment. A workout list unit is coupled to the control unit for providing a list of fitness courses. The control unit is operable to control the mirror display device to show corresponding fitness courses for allowing the user to choose according to a movement posture of the user or exercise equipment the user used recognized by the identification unit.

摘要： An exercise apparatus includes a motion mechanism and a handle assembly. The motion mechanism is provided for a user to perform exercise. The handle assembly has at least one grip portion for being held by the user during exercising. Specifically, the grip portion has a temperature variable area thereon. The temperature of the temperature variable area could be controlled to rise to a suitable temperature that the hand of the user can feel warm, for example, a temperature between 38 and 50 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the temperature variable area could also be controlled to reduce to a suitable temperature that the hand of the user can feel cool, for example, a temperature between 20 and 36 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the temperature variable area could be directly controlled by the user or automatically changed according to the exercise status of the user.

摘要： The present invention provides a multifunctional exercise apparatus for allowing a user to perform rowing exercise or other exercises. The exercise apparatus includes a frame, a sliding seat, a cord winder, a spiral spring connected to the cord winder, a cord connected to the cord winder, a flywheel for generating an exercise resistance, and one-way transmission mechanism connected between the cord winder and the flywheel. The user is able to seat on the sliding seat and slide backward and forward in accord with repeating movement of pulling the cord to perform the rowing exercise, or having lower limbs partially press upon the sliding seat and two hands grasp gripping portions at a front end of the frame to perform other exercises such as stretching exercises. When performing other exercises, a distal end of the cord is connected to the sliding seat and backward movement of the sliding seat would drive the flywheel.

摘要： An exercise apparatus group comprises exercise apparatuses, an interconnecting member and a booking server. The interconnecting member receives a location identifier from a portable device of a user to determine a location of the user. Thereafter, the interconnecting member transmits location information to the booking server. Simultaneously, the user accesses the booking server to book a time segment for one exercise apparatus, via the portable device thereof. Finally, the booking server transmits a feedback, which having information on the current location thereof relative to the exercise apparatus, to the portable device of the user. Therefore, the user would know how to go the exercise apparatus.
