    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local delivery-reinforcing agent for an anti-malignant tumor agent to a tumor tissue. SOLUTION: Provided is the local delivery-reinforcing agent for reinforcing the delivery of the effect of the anti-malignant tumor agent to the tumor tissue, using a nitrogen monoxide (NO) donor such as nitroglycerol or isosorbide dinitrate as an active ingredient together with the anti-malignant tumor agent.
