    • A dynamic phase shifter and staticizer circuit and method includes a clock domino configured to receive a phase memory signal from a memory array and a clock signal and output the intermediate signal, and a staticizer configured to receive the intermediate signal from the clock domino and the clock signal and output a static memory signal. The static memory signal is shifted by one clock cycle from the phase memory signal. Setup and holding is done with respect to the clock edge, shifting the output of the clock domino, and the received phase memory signal can borrow into the next cycle when being sampled. The phase memory signal is converted from a half-cycle in length to the static memory signal that is a full-cycle in length.

    • A waste container includes a metal body (11) having a peripheral wall (111) defining a compartment (112) for receiving a garbage bag (15). Mounted above the body (11) is a cover (13) having a lid (133) movable between an open position and a closed position. An electrostatic device (2) is mounted to the cover (13) and operably connected to the lid (133). The lid (133) is moved from the open position to the closed position when the human body is within a detection range of a sensor (21) of the electrostatic device (2). A hollow frame (12) is mounted between the body (11) and the cover (13) and includes a perimeter wall (121) made of non-electrically conductive material. The body (11) is spaced from the cover (13) by the perimeter wall (121) and located outside the detection range of the sensor (21), preventing electrostatic interaction between the body (11) and the sensor (21).

    • A cork device comprises a cork member and a control member. The cork member comprises a lower end to be inserted into a mouth of a bottle and an upper end. The lower end of the cork member including a liquid passage having a lower end communicated with an interior of the bottle and an upper end. The control member is pivotally mounted to the upper end of the cork member and movable between a sealing position and an open position. The control member includes a liquid outlet passage. The upper end of the liquid passage of the cork member is blocked by the control member when the control member is in the sealing position. The upper end of the liquid passage of the cork member is communicated with atmosphere via the liquid outlet passage when the control member is in the open position.
