The detecting device includes a sensor part which detects a state of the nursing care-requiring person; and a detection result transmitting part which transmits the detection result of each nursing care-requiring person to the center. The display device includes a detection result receiving part which receives the detection result; an emergency degree calculation part which operates, for each nursing care-requiring person, the detection result by use of an emergency degree arithmetic expression for calculating a response emergency degree to obtain an emergency degree; a receiving order acquisition part which acquires a receiving order of the detection result in a care-requester base; and a response order calculation part which calculates a response order on a care-requester base according to a response order arithmetic expression for calculating a response order such as emergency dispatch based on the calculated emergency degree and the acquired receiving order; and a display part which displays the response order according to the calculation result.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nutrient-regulated food in a solid thick shape by baking a dough containing prescribed amounts of various kinds of nutrient components, wherein a product having a moist feeling, good texture and good taste is obtained while keeping the residual ratio of vitamin C high. SOLUTION: The nutrient-regulated food in the solid thick shape is produced as follows. Solid oils and fats of a raw material, and a protein powder, a glucide, vitamins and minerals as nutrient component materials are kept cold at (-1)-4°C, and the cooled materials are stirred and mixed. A liquid nutrient component such as a salted whole egg is mixed with the mixture wherein the solid oils and fats are in a solid fat state to afford a cream. The flour at a temperature higher than the material temperature of the cream is added to the cream so as to form a part of the solid fat of the solid oils and fats into a liquid fat to form a dough.
