    • An apparatus to aid in the filling or refilling of a flexible, collapsible container having a pour spout and a method for using same. The apparatus includes a center frame element having attached to its upper end an upper frame element adapted to receive at least a portion of the pour spout of the container. At its lower end, the center frame element is attached to a lower frame element adapted to cradle a lower portion of the container being filled and to urge the container toward the center frame element as the flexible, collapsible container fills and expands. The apparatus is portable and may be removably mounted to a variety of vertical or horizontal surfaces.

    • A mop assembly including a mop head and handle, and a supply of liquid connected to a valve assembly on the handle. The valve assembly includes a replaceable length of resiliently flexible tubing having a portion extending transversely through the handle and members on opposite sides of the length of tubing that are relatively movable between a closed position pinching together opposite sides of the tubing to stop the flow of liquid through it, and a spaced open position affording flow of liquid through the tube. A storage cart includes a main portion and a tray portion having a receptacle for receiving the mop head mounted on the main portion for relative movement between a vertical closed position at which the main portion covers an open side of the receptacle; and a horizontal open position at which the mop head can be inserted into or removed from the receptacle.

    • Coating compositions are disclosed having a non-bisphenol A based film forming resin and an adhesion promoter resin. The coating compositions provide an alternate to epoxy resins that still allow melamine formaldehyde free cure, blush resistance, capability to retort and can withstand hard-to-hold beverages. In some embodiments, the coating compositions are used to coat substrates such as cans and packaging materials for the storage of food and beverages. Substrates can be coated by preparing an adhesion promoter composition by a method including mixing an epoxidized resin and a solvent to form a mixture, adding a phosphoric acid compound to the resulting mixture to form a phosphate ester, adding water to partially hydrolyze the phosphate ester, and adding a neutralizer to form the adhesion promoter resin, followed by blending the adhesion promoter resin with a non-bisphenol A based film forming resin to form a coating composition, and applying the coating composition to the substrate.

    • A system and method for controlling the execution of notifications in a computer system with multiple notification contexts. A RunOn operator enables context hopping between notification contexts. Push-based stream operators optionally perform error checking to determine if notifications combined into a push-based stream share a common notification context. Context boxes group together notification creators and associate their notifications with a common scheduler and notification context. Operators employ a composition architecture, in which they receive one or more push-based streams and produce a transformed push-based stream that may be further operated upon. Components may be used in combinations to implement various policies, including a strict policy in which all notifications are scheduled in a common execution context, a permissive policy that provides programming flexibility, and a hybrid policy that combines flexibility with error checking.
