摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sawtooth which is good in cutting performance when a food packaging material or various kinds of adhesive tapes are to be cut and which may not injure a human body or clothes in contact with the sawtooth by providing safety parts respectively at both ends of a threaded blade string formed on a rim and making a shape of the safety part in a protruding arc peak. SOLUTION: The sawtooth 1A for cutting packaging material is formed with a plurality of threaded blades 4 having vertical angles A at constant pitches P for cutting a packaging material along upper and lower rims respectively in a lengthwise direction, wherein safety parts 5 with protruding arc peaks are provided at both right and left ends of the upper and lower threaded blades 4. The safety part 5 is desirably higher than the threaded blade 4, and its length (f) is desirably 1 to 10mm. By providing the safety parts 5 of such a shape at both ends of the sawtooth 1A for cutting packaging material, a human body or clothes in contact with the sawtooth 1A may not be injured. A material is not limited, so that it is applicable to any type including a metallic sawtooth and a paper sawtooth.

The micelle comprises at least one block copolymer comprising an ionically charged polymeric segment and a non-ionically charged polymeric segment, wherein the ionically charged polymeric segment is grafted with hydrophobic moieties. The hydrophobized ionically charged polymeric segment forms the core of the micelle and the non-ionic ally charged polymeric segment is hydrophilic and forms the shell of the micelle. For stability, the core of the micelle is cross-linked. The micelle further comprises at least one bioactive agent such as a therapeutic agent or a chemotherapeutic agent.
