The foot brace comprises at least one support member for attaching with a user's bed, with a foot brace member pivotally attached with the support member. The foot brace member has a height, and a planar width with a top portion. The foot brace member is formed such that when the foot brace is attached with a user's bed, the height extends the top portion of the planar width above a mattress portion of the user's bed, allowing a user to place feet against the planar width of the foot brace member to provide a user with leverage when engaging in acts that need leverage or stability.
