    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve outside air invasion effect by a check valve greatly. SOLUTION: A check valve V for packing bag is formed by overlapping a lower side fringe of a film 2 for filtration having smaller dimension than and the same width as a rectangular plastic film 1 on a lower side fringe of the rectangular plastic film 1, overlapping lower side fringes of plastic films 3, 4 on an upper side fringe of the film 2 for filtration, and further superposing them on one face of the plastic film 1 to form a flat laminated body, and both side fringes and the lower side fringes are heated and bonded. A section in which the upper side fringe of the film 2 for filtration is overlapped on the lower side fringes of the plastic films 3, 4 is heated and bonded, and a flow passage 8 for discharging gas is formed between the plastic film 3 and it by providing an opening 6 at an upper end thereof and a filtration face 7 consisting of the film 2 for filtration on one face in a lower section thereof. The check valve 3a is formed by the plastic film 3, a pocket section for operation 9 is provided, and inert liquid having low viscosity is applied on an upper inner face of the plastic film 1 or an inner face of the check valve 3 to hold the adhesion property of a film face.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a packaging bag for cushioning, whose bag bodies can be stacked on one another even in the case where air is confined in each bag body, on which a sign and the like can be marked and which holds a cushioning function even in the case where a part of the bag bodies is broken. CONSTITUTION:A packaging bag for cushioning comprises an air feed tube 1 made of plastic film, having an air feed port 5 at one end of the tube 1, and a bag main body for sealing, communicating with one side edge of the feed tube 1. Divided bags 3 for sealing are provided by bonding the main body at a plurality of places in a direction in which the side edge of the feed tube 1 is crossed. The interior of each divided bag 3 for sealing is made possible to communicate with the interior of the feed tube 1 through a check valve 4, and air fed into the feed tube 1 is introduced inside each divided bag 3 for sealing through each check valve 4 before sealing each bag 3. A marginal width part 8 is provided in each divided bag 3 by forming the length of a width on one face other face side therein, and the longer than that of a width on the other face side therein, and the face on the side having the marginal width part 8 of a packaging material for cushioning is turned inside to fold each divided bag 3 for sealing, thus bonding both the side edges together to constitute a bag body P having an insertion-withdrawable port 9 and using the air feed tube 1 as lid pieces la.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a bag for sealing provided with a number of bags for sealing fluid and its efficient production method which has a remarkable preventive effect against outflow of the fluid sealed in the bags. CONSTITUTION:A bag for sealing fluid is composed of a flat conducting tube 6 of fluid made of plastic film provided with an inlet for fluid at one end of the bag, a number of sealing bags 7 continuously connected as a unit in series at one side edge, and a check valve 4 made of plastic film equipped in the inside of respective sealing bags. Respective check valves are constituted of a flow tube 8 formed flat and at least one valve body 3 equipped in the inside of the flow tube 8. And a closed part 9 and an open part 10 are formed in the check valve. The side edge of the inner end side of the valve body 3 is not bonded and the space between both flat faces of the flow tube 8 are opened respectively and fluid can flow through a path 11 of the clearance between one of the opened part at the inner end side and the other opened part of the outer end side.

    • PURPOSE:To protect bagged contents from external shocks by forming an opening portion of a double walled bag with the inner and outer walls adhered together at one end thereof, providing a liquid pouring opening between joint faces of the inner and outer walls, inserting the content from the opening portion, and pouring liquid into between the inner and outer walls from the liquid pouring opening to wrap and retain the content by the inner wall. CONSTITUTION:A double walled tubular bag is formed of a gas impermeable, flexible outer tubular wall 1 and an inner tubular wall 2 of the material identical to the former material inserted therein. One end of the bag is adhered together to form a seal portion 3 and, at the other end, the inner tubular wall 2 and the outer tubular wall 1 in adjacent relationship are adhered together to form seal portions 3', 3' and an opening portion 4. A liquid pouring opening 5 is provided between joint faces of the inner tubular wall 2 and the outer tubular wall 1 to pour liquid into between these walls. Content B is inserted into a double walled bag A from the opening portion 4. On liquid feed from the liquid pouring opening 5, the outer tubular wall 1 becomes swollen and the inner tubular wall 2 holds the content B in a sandwiched condition, as if retaining the content B in floating position in relation to the outer tubular wall 1. The content B can be easily removed from the opening portion 4 of the bag by pouring liquid out of the liquid pouring opening 5.

The introduction pipe 2 is installed in a packaging bag main body 1, and the inside and the outside of the packaging bag main body 1 communicates with each other only by an introduction port 2, for the constitution.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the subject liquid feeder capable of simply, readily, dropwisely feeding a liquid in an appropriate volume by a capillary phenomenon thereof by inserting a liquid permeable material from the inside of the feeder main body over the outside and subsequently covering and sealing the exposed portion of the outside with a water-tight material. CONSTITUTION:Two thermoplastic films 1, 1 are overlapped each other and a liquid-permeable material 2 of narrow belt-like shape such as felt or non- woven fabric is inserted into one end of the overlapped films to prepare a liquid feeder main body B. The peripheral edges a of the films 1, 1 and the meltable margins 3a of the films 3 are fused, and a check valve V is further inserted into the other side of the films 1, 1 and fused to form a container A. For example, water for irrigating garden trees is charged into the container A from the check valve V to provide the objective feeder.
