    • Disclosed is a face protector (100) configured to be rotated upward and downward while being coupled to coupling pieces (12) provided at opposite sides of a helmet (10), so as to protect the wearer's face. The face protector includes a body(120) for protecting the wearer's face, a pair of coupling units(140) configured to be fixedly coupled to both the coupling pieces of the safety helmet, respectively, and a plurality of links (l 60a, 160b) used to connect the coupling units to opposite rear ends of the body, respectively, so as to restrict rotation of the body. The face protector has the effects of preventing the wearer's head from colliding with any object above the head in a narrow space, maximizing wearing convenience of the protector with a low wind-resistance and negligible weight-deflection, and guaranteeing easy and convenient use of the protector by preventing the protector from being unintentionally rotated downward by a weight thereof.

    • Disclosed is a mechanized construction method for earth wire under-bracing using a backhoe. A vertical excavation section having a vertical surface and a sloped excavation section having a sloped surface are formed, respectively, by using an excavation bucket of the backhoe, a round earth wire under-bracing is mounted on these excavation sections and then an earth wire rod of the round earth wire under-bracing is positioned at a slope by the sloped excavation section. According to the mechanized construction method for round earth wire under-bracing using a backhoe, since a novel round earth wire under-bracing, is used, it is possible to perform a general excavation work using a backhoe and sharply improve the working efficiency, construction stability and equipment operating efficiency as compared to a conventional human-powered excavation or auger crane excavation method.

    • The present invention relates to an installation structure of a ground rod for driving the rod deep into the ground, the ground rod comprises an overhead earth wire that is installed to protect a transformer, power-transmission lines and so on from the lightning; a ground wire that is extended from a lightning arrester to a ground; a multi-stage ground rod that is elongated by a thread type connection under the condition that it is connected with the end of the ground wire and that it is buried into the ground; and a connecting sleeve for connecting the ground rod to the ground wire, wherein the electric conductive compound for preventing corrosion is provided in the thread connection, a junction of the lead terminal side of the connecting sleeve and a junction of the ground wire side of the connecting sleeve. The present invention prevents corrosion of the gap between the junctions by inserting the electric conductive compound into the junctions of the lead terminal side of the ground wire connecting sleeve and of the ground wire side of the ground wire connecting sleeve, and it increases the life time of the ground rod, and thus it decreases maintenance costs.
